( A.) Act The Parliament of India passed an act ( No 22 of 1975 ) which transferred the Rampur Raza Library to Government of India on 1st July 1975. The matters of the Library are managed by the Rampur Raza Library Board which is constituted under section 4 (2) of the Act for five years. (B.) Regulations : Under Section 24 of Rampur Raza Library Acr ( No 22 of 1975 ), the Board and the Department of Culture , Govt. of India formulated the five regulations for the discharge of various functions of the Library.
  1. The Rampur Raza Library ( Maintenance) Regulations
  2. The Rampur Raza Library ( Administration) Regulations
  3. The Rampur Raza Library ( Board Meeting) Regulations
  4. The Rampur Raza Library ( Delegation of Financial Powers) Regulations
  5. The Rampur Raza Library ( Service Rules ) Regulations
  6. The Rampur Raza Library ( Recruitment Rules Amended in 2003 ) Regulations
